Since his weight gain, Rob Kardashian has been MIA and has refuse to be featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians or even appeared at Kim's wedding last year.
This has become so disturbing to his mum, Kris, as she fears for his life or the worse to happen to her only son as seen in episodes of KUWTK.

Although the constant concern of his health on the show, we did never seen him out in a long time but this has changed. As he was spotted in a white Range Rover Wednesday night at a fast food restaurant drive thru in Woodland Hills, In 'N' Out Burger, to grab him a quick late night meal before heading to a friends' in Encino according to sources.
One look at him, you know he did added more compared to when he was seen in 2014 at LAX.

His family are really worried about him and I guess we are too as he has added over a 100lbs in the past year.
