2015: The Resolution Maker

It's a new year, how ready are you to take on the challenges and pressure that comes with it?

It is no news that people make new year's resolutions at the start of each year. One thing we have to realize is that making new decisions and setting new goals isn't a problem but the problem itself is keeping them all. At the beginning, we come out enthusiastic and strong ready to conquer or achieve our goals in the first few weeks but end up in a puddle of procrastination and defeat, which is fine because we are only humans and we can't do it all because as humans, we are hit everyday with situations that are far beyond and tasking.

One thing I have learned over time is never to make written or stated resolutions because it's difficult to keep or pursue. One thing I do that have been so helpful overtime is that, I act on my instinct and go with the flow as challenges or situations as they present it selves.

On the other hand, if you're bent on making a resolution, put someone in charge to make you accountable to your resolutions. In order words, make them your watch dogs that bring you back in track when you stray.

Hope these help you become a better year planner or a new year resolution maker.

Thanks for reading and Happy New Year. Love to hear your thoughts below.
